Note

Limerick Corporation was reformed in 1841. Very few records have survived from the period prior to that. The records of both are listed under 'Old Corporation' and 'Reformed Corporation'. Account must also be taken of the fact that St Michael's Parish was placed under separate administration by 'Commissioners' from 1807-1853.
