Edward McCabe (1816-1885) was archbishop of Dublin from 1879 and was created Cardinal in 1882. His
papers are arranged in chronological order and divided into sub groups. These, for example, include files
such as Irish Bishops, Bishops outside Ireland, Secular Priests, Nuns, Male Religious and Laity. There are
