Letter no 34 From Sr M. Lucy Duffy, Convent of Mercy, Baltimore, stating that she had no time to write before because of the war and she was busily occupied in the hospital. She thanks his Lordship for offering the Sacrifice of the Mass for her family and she wishes him to remember especially her poor sister Catherine who has died leaving four babies behind, 12 May 1868.
