Description | A file of correspondence, mostly in Spanish, but with some translated letters, to and from Doña Rosa de Bettin, 1935-1939. For example: A translation of a letter from Doña Rosa de Bettin to Pastor F. Gracey, in which she refers to her missionary work, 'I came to doing it within (the limits) of my humble social condition and little theological preparation, only moved by love to the Lord and greatest recognition as to my perfect salvation and obedience also to the same responsibility that the knowledge of the Lord impose, and by the precious aid for my support...from you all which permits me to dedicate thus my time', 5 December 1937. |
