A box containing the following minute books and material:

A bound handwritten minute book of the Women's Auxiliary General Committee, 27 April 1951-19 April 1968. This minute book includes lists of committee members, hostel reports, financial statements and minutes of meetings. For example, the Hostel Report included in the minutes of 26 October 1951 state, 'not only is the W.A. [Women's Auxiliary] helping the spread of the Gospel in S. America and North Africa, but among displaced persons in Germany.'; the minutes of 24 February 1961 state that, 'The Sec. read brief extracts from 44 Branch Reports, which were on the whole encouraging. Many spoke of an increase in attendance, others of a good attendance maintained and only a few mentioned a fall in numbers.'
