Folder number 2, letter of the Department of Education, 28 February 1928, addressed to the Most Reverend Joseph MacRory, Bishop of Down and Connor, enclosing copy of a letter which has been addressed to each of the Archbishops and Bishops of Ireland in the case of the Dioceses, the whole or portion of which is situated in the Saorstat, together with copy of the Minute of Inquiry referred to on the attached letter, relative to the question of the training of Nuns as Primary Teachers.
