1796.07/7/1855 Letter of Mrs Ashlin Dublin to Bishop W Keane, relating to payment of money from the Bank of Ireland. She hopes he is well. She needs to get money to pay fees etc. from the Bank. If he is not going to be in Dublin could he give her the power of attorney to withdraw the money. She gives family news with a postscript that she longs to consult him about Stephen who wishes to go to Rome, 4 June 1855.
