| Description | The collection contains 77 negatives and 3 contact sheets of black & white images of Seán Ó Riada taken by Anne James in 1966 when she was working with the director Peter Luke on a film for the seminal BBC arts series 'Monitor' on the Irish composer Seán Ó Riada. Negatives and contact sheets showing Seán Ó Riada and family at home and around Coolea, being interviewed, fishing, attending [mass] and playing music at a [local gathering] with ‘[Wren] Boys’ also attending. Some of the musicians identified are Paddy Moloney and Seán Keane. |
