1796.06/5/1865 Letter from Sister M Baptist, Mercy Convent, Queenstown, to Bishop W Keane. She gives convent news. `The result of the Chapter for Sr. Nano was unfavourable' so she will have to leave at once. She is very upset at this 2nd dismissal but it seems to be the will of God. She hopes to be able to open the new schools after the Easter vacation. M M Vincent is improving. Father Prendergast is expected for the retreat on Sunday evening. The Sisters are all well., 31 March 1865.
