| Description | 1796.06/50/1862 Letter from Sister M. Joseph, Presentation Convent, Mitchelstown, to Bishop W. Keane. 'Since I wrote to you Miss Cotter's friends came for her, and she has returned with them. The Community are so upset at parting with her that they now ask you to have her back. They are unanimously agreed in Chapter to receive her on their own allowance and suffer a little privation rather than ask anything for her support. They will accept any decision the Bishop makes as the will of God, 2 October 1862. |
