1796.06/54/1862 Letter form Anna Dease, Loretto, Youghal, to Bishop W. Keane, relating to the new foundation in Youghal. About 40 pupils ready and anxious to come to school. She visited the Presentation Sisters with Father Murphy. They seemed delighted and relieved at the opening of the school, as according to their Rule, they cannot pay attention to the higher classes. They seem a most holy and retiring community. She encloses the prospectus and the reason why she decided on a uniform., 19 October 1862.
