1796.06/45/1864 Letter from Sister M Joseph, Presentation Convent, Mitchelstown, to Bishop W Keane. `It is sometime since I wrote' asking for money from the Funds to change former schools into cells, which are badly needed. Both the Novice and Postulant got their votes. The Profession ought to be 21 October and the Reception on 15 September but the dates will not be fixed until the Archdeacon returns from Dublin. They would be very honoured if the Bishop could officiate at the elections, 25 August 1864.
