Description | A list of families no longer attending Drumglass Church with cause of absence noted, for instance, it is noted that G.E. Stuart and his wife left the church on the following grounds,' Because I requested the people to stand up when the Psalms were singing, and privately reproved Mrs Stuart for her non-compliance' and that Mrs Monck was listed as not attending church 'Because of an unfounded suspicion that Mrs Monck is a Tractarian or Puseyite', 2 November 1844. |
