Description1795.03/2/1852 Letter from Bishop P Cullen, Drogheda, to Bishop T Murphy, Mitchelstown Convent. Will write to Rome to hurry the decision regarding the Mitchelstown convent. Suggests that the Bishop would allow the convent to be opened if Mr O'Brien and Mr Sheehan give a written promise to do what Rome says. This solution is suggested by a clergyman of great experience in theological affairs. Will send list of days when nuns may have Benediction. Better be rather liberal with them, 11 February 1852.
