Committee] Minutes: 1934-1950 The minutes list committee members and members of the Sewing, Visiting and Linen League Committees and cover topics such as fund-raising to provide 'Bed jackets. Night shirts. Dressing gowns and hospital suits for the children ... suggested that the Committee should try and arrange to provide the Hospital with Flowers, and Vegetables. Also if they could provide Linen etc[.] for the Private Wards', 12 March 1934; minutes of the final meeting of Linen League Committee when Matron thanked the committee for their work, noting that 'the Linen League...had always supplied her with most of the linen used in the Hospital, and which had saved the Hospital hundreds of pounds', 12 December 1950. |
