| Description | General Organising Committee Minute book, 18 November 1921-22 November 1935, typescript. The following was recorded in the minutes of the meeting, 10 May 1922, 'Mrs de B. Daly asked that delegates should be appointed to represent MU at a Conference convened by the "Irish women's Association of Citizenship" - an organisation of a non-sectarian and non-political character. The Conference proposes to frame a memorial to send to whatever Government may come into power after the elections with regard to the inclusion of women in Government posts and the Mainistry [sic]'. |
