DescriptionBox 10 Comprises of legal documents including tenants' applications for fair rent, this includes the following agreement between Sir George St John Colthurst and Julia Hallissey of Ballvourney, Cork, spinster, relating to the letting of 'a small cottage or tenement and garden attached thereto, being less than half an acre' for the yearly rent of 3 pounds sterling. Colthurst agrees to keep premises under repair and pay all head rent and Julia Hallissey agrees not to damage the premises, sublet and to deliver up possession when required to, 29 September 1909.
