Records attendance, resolutions, correspondence, examination of acounts, approval of estimates, adoption of the registrar's reports, revision of charges, discussions as to the expansion of the burial grounds acquistion and consecration of land, allotment of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th class grave spaces, submission of headstone drawings for approval, authorisation of repairs and purchases, appointment and remuneration of personnel, wage negotiations and staff discipline.
