Description | 1798 Rebellion Papers in the Quit Rent Office Collection: Brief on behalf of the Crown opposing a notice, 7 July 1800 stating that the Crown take no further proceedings to vest the lands and that James Harvey be placed in possession of the house and Bagnel demense while the case is tried in before a special jury of County Dublin or County Carlow. The brief makes references to Beuchamp Bagnel Harvey's sisters, one, [Susanna?], a lunatic. |
