Description | File containing a three page letter, unsigned, addressed to the Department of Justice, relating to the order forbidding the sale of the News of the World and Thompson's Weekly News 'whilst our own home offenders should be allowed to carry on with impunity. By our own home offenders I mean the army of prostitutes who haunt Dublin streets at night and their abettors'. The author of the letter gives a description of the trade carried on in Dublin streets and 'the arrest of those who solicit the evil would be greatly curbed', no date. |
