Description	Some Estate Matters: 1: Copy letter to B. Walsh of Tenerife from an Alderman of the Corporation and Trustees of the Holy Ghost Hospital. Letter notes that the income of the hospital is small owing to lease renewals being given 'out of favour' without any fine or compensation. 2: Balance sheet of the Holy Ghost Hospital showing rent received in rental income and expenditute and such items as monthly allowances to inmates coffins and shrouds, rates, poor rate and income tax, January-March 1855. 3: Printed undertakings to renew tenancies on leased from the Holy Ghost Hospital. Signed by tenant, March 1867.
