Description

This collection contains correspondence and papers of Edmund McGildowney, agent and receiver for members of the Antrim family, containing much material about the lawsuit between Lady Antrim and her sister, Lady Mark Kerr, and the subsequent distant relationship between the sisters, c.1799-1834. The collection also includes:
D/1375/3/58/1-37 Correspondence about affairs of Ezekiel Davys Boyd of Ballycastle, including a divorce case paper of 1798, in which he was involved, and about his desertion of his wife in 1826 to cohabit with a lady in Edinburgh, 1798-1829.
