| Description | Women's Meeting: The proceedings of the Quarterly Meeting of the Women Friends of the Province of Munster, 1853-1896. Minutes contain the lists of representatives attending the Quarterly Meeting, from the Monthly Meetings held in the province, including Cork, County Tipperary, Waterford and Limerick. Queries and the answers received from the Monthly Meetings, from which the general answers were drawn up, were read. Minutes include information on certificates received from Men's Meetings on behalf of friends engaged in the work of the Ministry, in attendance at the Quarterly Meeting. Several visiting friends were from England and America. 'General advises and epistles issued by Yearly Meetings were read. Extracts from the Minutes of the Men's Quarterly Meeting were recorded, containing references to a variety of spiritual, administrative and behavioural issues, 1 volume. |
