DescriptionCommonplace Book of the Pearson family of Clondalkin, Dublin, [1773]-1840, written in several hands, includes notes on family, lessons in arithmetic, weights and measures, farm account, recipe for a goose pie, latin exercises; from the reverse, farm records, child's headline exercises, servants' wage, notes relating to newspapers. The farm notes and servants' wages are in the hand of Major Robert Cornwall, MP, husband of Grace Pearson.
