T/1461/1-21 Copy of a petition, papal rescript, letters concerning the petition of Mrs Tracy, Abbess, for a 'commutation' of the fourth vow of the Poor Clare Order specifying 'care and instruction of female orphans' so that an extensive day school should be possible, 1832-1846.

T/1461/22-24 Copy of a letter to Mrs Tracy settling on Maria McLaughlin the sum of £40 per annum for life, 1861.

T/1461/25-26 Copy of a petition submitted by the Community of the Poor Clares to the Bishop of Dromore seeking permission to have the 'Stations or Via Crucis' erected in their cloisters, 1863.

T/1461/27-29 Copy of an account of the Order of the Poor Clares Convent, Newry, County Down, written by Mother Abbess Fotterell, 1864.

T/1461/30-33 Copy extracts of leases of High Street premises, Newry, 1734-1847.

T/1461/37-38 Copy of a deed of appointment between Mrs Grace Baillie, Mrs Anne Akinson (Baillie), executors of the late Thomas Gibson, Gentleman of Dublin, and the children of the Reverend Joseph and Isabella Henry, 1805.
