T/2279/1 Copy of the recipe book of Elizabeth Nicholson, 1769.

T/2279/2 Notes and reminiscences on the family history of James Brown, Donaghmore, County Tyrone, 1823-c.1846, dictated to Norah Brown by her father, 1904-1905. A transcript of this document is included in the calendar of this collection and reference is made to female family members, servants and the wives of two local doctors, Mrs McClean and Mrs Corr who 'assisted their husbands in their practice and continued it after they became widows. Both were celebrated for pulling teeth.'
