| Description | Schools and Education: QMI/H43 Pupil Accounts for Mountmellick School, 1915-1920. Accounts for each term (autumn, spring and summer), for each pupil, girls, attending the Mountmellick School. Extremely detailed for each term of expenses incurred by each student regarding laundry, stationery, books, music, medicine, shoes, etc., 1 volume QMI/H44 Petty Cash Book for Mountmellick School, May 1918- May 1920. Petty expenses of the school detailing the income and expenditure of the house. Volume is not in very good condition and the entries can be scrappy, 1 volume QMI/H45 Receipt Book from Mountmellick School. Accounts of school fees, music and sundry fees received from the students attending Mountmellick, 1920-1922. Though in bad condition, they are well kept accounts, 1 volume QMI/H46 Abstract of Wills and Bequests, 1785-1886. Extracts from wills, etc., whereby donations and legacies have been left to Leinster Provincial School at various times between 1785-1886. Extracts are indexed by the name of donor, amount, residence, etc., 1 volume QMI/H47 List of Scholars, at Mountmellick School, 1786-1856. Separate lists of male and female scholars attending Leinster Provincial School. Contains names of scholar, monthly meeting, names of parents, date of birth, fees paid by, date of entrance to school, date removed and whither the student went, i.e. apprentice, returned to parents, etc., 1 volume QMI/H48 Admissions to Mountmellick School (?), 1807-1850. Lists of names of scholars attending the school, detailing dates of birth, date of return and date of entrance and withdrawal from school, 1 volume QMI/H49 Boys Examination Proficiancy for Mountmellick School, 1823-1843, 1 volume QMI/H50 Memo and School Rules for Mountmellick School, 1839-1854. Contains part of the rules of Mountmellick School and memo book of rough accounts and minutes belonging to the school, 1 volume. |
