Included are proposals/recommendations on land acquisitions, public utilities (for example, roads, water/sewage/lighting supplies), amenities (for example, parks, libraries, recreational facilities) personnel matters, extensions of city/county boundaries, burial grounds, public liability claims. Recorded also are cinema licence renewals (from 1949 onwards), permission to close roads temporarily for the purpose of sporting events, and sanction on the hire of public buildings, 33 bound volumes.
