Lily Moffat, Dromod, was a member of Cumman na mBan during the War of Independence.

Aidan Nangle, 70 years, Drumsna, coached Olympic oarswoman, Frances Cryan. Spoke about his own rowing career and associations with Carrick-on-Shannon Rowing Club.
Nan Gaffney, Willowfield, Ballinamore, 83 years, made records in America during the 1920s for the Columbia Recording Company. She is a sister of Phil Fitzpatrick who composed the words of 'Lovely Leitrim'. Her husband Phil Gaffney and brother-in-law Johnny Gaffney, later a Senator, were both active Volunteers.
Lily Gilmour, Castletown, Manorhamilton, 70 years, her family had quite a number of old cures, not used now. She talked at length about the 'Dippers', religion, dress and customs in years gone by.
Beezie Kennedy, Breanross, Farnaught, 83 years. Her brother fought at the Battle of Jutland during World War I. Trained local Volunteers when he returned. She was employed by George Bush's grandmother when she worked in America in the late 1920s.
Sr Bernadette, Poor Clare Convent, Drunshambo, 70 years, she spoke of her life as a sister in an enclosed order which she joined in the 1940s.
Bridget Lenehan, Liscallyroan, Drunsna. 92 years. Extremely good interviewee on old ways, old customs and beliefs.
Margaret Lindsay, Glencar, Manorhamilton, 97 years. She would be the oldest interviewee. Remembers Sean McDermott going to Irish classes in Manorhamilton and many other details on the way of life at the beginning of the century.
Maureen McNabola, Corlea, Kilnagross 60 years, collector and singer of old ballads, particularly those with a Leitrim interest.
Susan O'Rourke, Park Road, Ballinamore. Composer of poetry pertinent to Ballinamore.
Katie Roddy, Drumdiffer, Ballinamore (deceased), 84 years. Spoke on old ways, customs, cures, etc.
